Impressive Irish run riot with win over USA

USA 19, Ireland 55:
A GOOD win for the Irish tonight, scoring nine tries in impressive fashion in New Jersey. Keith Earls had a tremendous 80 minutes, scoring two tries and creating numerous telling breaks. Earls got the opening try after just two minutes, Jacob Stockdale scored the second on 14 minutes and Earls again got over four minutes later. Nic Civetta replied with a USA try converted by AJ Macginty to make it 7-17 to the visitors but tries from Niall Scannell and Kieran Marmion, both converted by Joey Carberry, gave Ireland a 7-29 lead at the break.
Jack Conan added another try on 44 minutes, converted by Carberry before former Dolphin player John Quill scored a try for the home side, converted by Macginty. A Ryan Matras try for the USA brought the score to 19-36, Macginty again converting but Ireland eased away with tries from James Ryan, Luke McGrath and Simon Zebo and Rory Scannell getting the other points from the tee.
