Nenagh will meet UL Bohemian in Charity Cup semi-final

Limerick Charity Cup:
THERE were wins for Nenagh Ormond and UL Bohemian last night as the Charity Cup fired the first shots of the new season. In New Ormond Park, home side Nenagh survived a late Shannon surge to win 14-7. Gerard O’Gorman and Johnny Hayes scored tries for Nenagh with Nathan Randles getting the Shannon try, converted by Fionn McGibney.
In Liam Fitzgerald Park UL Bohemian beat Thomond 19-15. Darren Neville kicked four penalties and also converted Warren Kelly’s UL Bohs’ only try. Nenagh will meet UL Bohemian in the semi-final on September 2.
