With a total of 30 European titles between the clubs which have reached the knockout stages of the Heineken Cup and the Amlin Challenge Cup, ERC’s quarter-finals weekend in just over three weeks time promises a feast of top-quality club rugby.
Sixteen elite clubs will be looking to keep their dreams of silverware alive when the games kick off onThursday, 3 April. The headline acts include Toulon looking to defend their Heineken Cup title against three-time winners, Leinster Rugby, and Harlequins going for a record fourth Challenge Cup crown when they travel to take on Stade Francais Paris.
As the build-up to the quarter-finals intensifies, the competing clubs and their thousands of supporters will also be thinking ahead to the Cardiff 2014 finals in May when the European trophies will be won and lost.
