Munster move to fourth in Pro 12 after big win

(Keith Earls made some fine breaks tonight)

MUNSTER have jumped into fourth place in the Guinness Pro 12 League after securing a winning bonus point against Zebre tonight in Thomond Park. Connacht, who play Leinster tomorrow, lead the table with 59 points followed by Leinster on 58. Scarlets are on 53 and Munster on 54. Ulster came away from Scotstoun tonight with no points to show after they lost to Glasgow Warriors 27-17, a late Stuart Hogg penalty depriving them of a losing bonus point. The are now a point behind Munster and on the same points as Glasgow, who have a game in hand.
Cardiff Blues continue to improve. They had a 56-8 victory over Treviso, the five points gained putting them into seventh position on 44 points.
