Plenty of junior rugby action this coming week-end

THE weather promises to be good, the clubs are rarin’ to go and Limerick’s junior rugby clubs are looking forward to a very busy week-end. Because of the Munster game in Thomond Park, there is only one fixture down for decision on Saturday with Richmond travelling to Bandon in the Munster Junior Challenge Cup. On Sunday in the same competition Abbeyfeale are away to St Senan’s and Galbally will host Waterpark.

In the Munster Junior Clubs Challenge Shield on Sunday, local club St Mary’s will be Limerick’s only representatives. They should draw a big attendance to Grove Island when they play Kilorglin. This games kicks off at 2.30.
