Munster selection indicates another Munster URC win

(Calvin Nash will be hungry to add to his try tally with Munster tomorrow)

MUNSTER and Connacht have named their squads for tomorrow’s URC clash at Thomond Park. It’s a star-studded starting line-up for the home side, and if that’s is not enough their bench is so laden with house-hold names it might struggle to keep them airborne before they get the nod to take up the baton and finish the job. It is difficult to see why Gavin Coombes has not started in recent games and this will not boost his international call-up hopes for the Ireland summer tour.

Connacht have also thrown in their best hand with Jack Carty back in place of the injured JJ Hanrahan. Tom Farrell and Bundee Aki in the centre will have to be at their best try if they can break down the Munster defence while their pack, on paper, willl have to put in their display of the season to match the Reds eight at scrum and lineout time. This will be a cracker of a game but the result is most likely to go to the homesters.
